Appetizer


  • Hand-made, halved or whole, seeded jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon slow smoked.  A crowd favorite!


BBQ Sauce


  • Made from scratch with fresh tomatoes from our own backyard garden and local farms, this  tasty sauce has just the right balance of sweet, tang and tingle.

  • Made just like our mild sauce and kicked up with jalapenos, chilies and ghost peppers.  Bear’s secret recipe!


Beef


  • Choose from our 3 oz. Cubbies to the Original 8 oz. Burger to our Hibernator (for those who dare), coming in at 2 1/2 lbs (not for the faint of heart) with a pinch or two of Bear’s Rub, and smoked for over an hour, you may never go back to grilled burgers again.

  • King or Queen, no matter the cut, or how you want it cooked, Bear will make it perfect. Using just the right amount of spice and smoke, this will delight your taste buds.


Chicken


  • Bone-in or Boneless perfect for any event. Seasoned mild or wild and slow smoked for over 2 hours.

  • Slow smoked wings that are flash fried to extra crispy and tossed in our secret wing sauce. Served as an appetizer.

  • Whole 6-8 lb chickens rubbed with Bear’s spices or injected (with wild sauce) for an even spicier flavor.


Lamb


  • Lightly spiced and slow smoked for hours.

Pork


  • Double cut so this is not just a meal -- it's leftovers!  Mild or wild approximately 1 1/2 lbs per chop.

  • Boneless pork trimmed lean slow smoked for over 3 hours.

  • A lean cut of pork lightly seasoned to bring out the flavors in the pork.

  • A crowd favorite seasoned mild or wild and smoked low and slow for over 4 hours.


Sausage


  • Homemade seasoned beef, pork or chicken sausages that are coarse ground in natural casings.


Waist Zone


  • Better than pulled pork!!  Our blend of chicken, beef and pork is smoked with their respective spices. Then chopped and combined with Bear’s BBQ sauce and served on a soft roll. Your choice of Mild or Wild.


Seafood


  • Butterflied and spritzed with seasoned butter smoked to perfection 1/2 per person.

  • Whole Oysters smoked till open and served with Bears cocktail sauce and fresh limes.

  • Lightly spiced with a hint of smoke served over a bed of Black Bean Salad

  • We offer two kinds:  1) traditional southern style pinto or 2)  New England Baked Beans

  • Served cold, this refreshing side dish with black beans, roasted sweet corn, and garden veggies with a splash of lime.  You can have it mild or wild. 

  • A crunchy and refreshing, colorful blend of green and purple cabbage and bright orange carrots mixed with Bear’s special sauce for that perfect blend of not too tart -- not too sweet

  • Seasonal fixins’

  • Our grandmother's recipe.  This mayonnaise-free dish is served warm with bacon and tangy vinegar seasoned with plenty of fresh cracked black pepper and celery seed.
